about Brian Dive

Brian Dive worked for Unilever for 31 years and led HR and change assignments in more than 70 different countries.

He is currently working as an independent consultant. In the last year, for example, he has been working with, BAA, Barclays, OFT, QBE, Reed Elsevier, The UK Cabinet Office, Tesco, Thomas Cook and a major US insurance company. The Royal Navy has also used key ideas from the DMA Solution Set, which form the core of the book.
